Project description:

The project was carried out for JSC “Aluminum Kazakhstan” and focused on the implementation of BIM tools in the design, construction, and modernization of industrial facilities.

Scope of work:

As part of the project, specialists were trained in AutoCAD Electrical, Inventor, and Navisworks, taking into account the specifics of metallurgical production and the requirements for industrial facilities. The training was oriented towards practical application of the tools in real production projects.

A BIM 360 environment was configured to manage construction and modernization projects, ensuring centralized data storage, version control, and transparency of project processes.

Additionally, Inventor was finely tuned to the specifics of metallurgical production, and plugins were developed for structural calculations and optimization of drawings in AutoCAD Electrical.
As a result, the company accelerated project approvals and reduced production costs through automation and improved quality of design solutions.
