Project description:

The project was implemented for the enterprises of JSC Baur Kazakhstan — “ArchSintez” and “Aria Zhana Astana” — with the goal of introducing BIM technology into the design processes. The main objective was a comprehensive restructuring of the companies’ internal processes to meet BIM design requirements.

Scope of work:

The project involved a full adaptation of the enterprises to working in a BIM environment: BIM standards were developed and implemented, regulating modeling rules, data structure, and collaboration between specialists. This standardized design approaches and ensured consistent quality of BIM models.

Special attention was given to establishing and preparing the BIM department. Roles and responsibilities of staff were defined, workflows were structured, and a foundation was laid for further scaling of BIM practices within the companies. As a result, the enterprises received a ready infrastructure for effective BIM design and the continued development of digital processes.
